Jere is Director of News Products and Projects and the Director of Reporting and Writing at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism. He joined the J-School in 2006 as the founding director of the award-winning NYCity News Service. Jere previously was City Editor of the New York Daily News, where he started as a reporter in 1992.
