Adriano is CEO and co-founder of Watchup, the first streaming service designed entirely for news watching. Prior to Watchup, Adriano was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Stanford startup accelerator StartX and a 2011 Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford, where he researched innovative ways to augment the news experience on mobile and tablet. He started his career as a journalist, writing for Le Figaro and other outlets in Paris before cofounding CafeBabel.com, a pan-European online magazine. Adriano lives in Menlo Park, California.
