Steve  represents national and local news media, and other information disseminators, in all aspects of media law, including pre-publication review, defending claims in trial and appellate courts, quashing subpoenas, and securing access to government proceedings and records. Steve is a past Chair of the American Bar Association\u2019s Forum on Communications Law.
