Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Friday, Aug. 12. Small boxes and materials can be kept under exhibit\/lounge tables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Will there be security?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ONA will provide security for Exhibit\/Midway\/Sponsor space during non-show hours, but ONA is not responsible for theft. We strongly recommend exhibitors store valuables in their rooms when they are not in the exhibit\/Midway\/sponsor areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When will exhibitor and Midway booths be assigned?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Booths are assigned based on sponsorship level and a first-come, first-served basis and finalized by Aug. 10, 2016. Contact <a href=\"mailto:jessica@journalists.org\" target=\"_blank\">jessica@journalists.org<\/a> for space assignments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is there a layout of the conference area so I can see where we are located in relation to the session rooms?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ona16.journalists.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2016\/07\/ONA16SponsorSpace.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">View\u00a0a master map<\/a> of all sponsor and programming space at ONA16.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is provided for exhibitors in the Exhibitor Ballroom space?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A 10\u00d710\u2019 exhibit space will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6\u2019x30\u201d table<\/li>\n<li>2 chairs<\/li>\n<li>Waste basket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Larger spaces include 2 tables, 4 chairs and a waste basket.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Electric and hard-line Internet are NOT included, and must be ordered in advance if you need either service<\/strong>. Hard-line Internet is NOT included, and must be ordered in advance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do I submit my logo and company description for the ONA16 newsletter or website or printed program guide (if part of your sponsorship)?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All sponsors, exhibitors and Midway participants that have confirmed space before July 22 will be listed on the conference print program and website with a 60-word description of their company or services.<\/p>\n<p>All logos should be sent in EPS or Illustrator format so they can be scaled and used as needed. No PDFs.<\/p>\n<p>Logos and descriptions should be submitted via the online ONA16 Sponsor, Midway and Exhibitor Center, which will be available in July. NO PDFs. Ads can be color OR black-and-white.
